Compo training : the earth

Wow so original. I only worked on a basic night and day version. (still it was pretty interesting, sometimes the less original stuff aren't the easier to do...)

I'm sorry for the crappy cam shot but my computer couldn't take it anymore... (not an excuse but still)
I'll try working on some more exciting stuff (such as tracking, explosion and such) but it'll take time ~

What better subject to not lose your hand at nuke than some space shot ?
I mean to post the video, and some other shot with a different comp, but there is some problem with the final render so meanwhile I just post a screenshot.

It was really interesting to do the flare by myself, I'm used to use the flare of photoshop or Optical flare on AE but I never created one before.

It's been a long time since I didn't post anything, I'm working on posting a "january sketch" stuff but it'll take time to scan everything so meanwhile I'm posting a watercolor I did a few days ago. (click to see in better size ~)

story board studies from movie

Here I'll post some story boards I'm doing, I study movies cam shot by cam shot, the drawings arn't amazing cause it's a long process and I'm drawing on stamp size square... But it allows me to analyze the composition of the shots and when the camera is moving, that sort of things.(I'm trying to work both on movies and animation movies)
